With the #ISHAREPOWER campaign the PINKO X Oxfam collaboration is back with an important new project.
Thanks to #PINKOTakeCare, the “I SHARE POWER” campaign has been launched, starting in December 2023 to support Oxfam’s initiatives. These focus on bringing attention to and supporting programmes that promote the fight against all types of discrimination, the protection of every girl and woman as well as gender equality, and support a change in the ideas and behaviours by men and women who still cause, allow and justify prevarication, disparity and abuse.
In December 2023 with “I Share Power, I Share Light“, PINKO and Oxfam are joining forces to share their power with those who don’t have it, helping to shine a beacon of hope.
PINKO will contribute to Oxfam’s work in the Horn of Africa
by providing vouchers to 130 families
who are affected by a very serious food crisis,
thus shining a beacon of hope.
These vouchers can be spent to buy food in local shops and markets, according to the needs and requirements of the people who receive them.
The voucher distribution programme has a strong positive impact on women, who are therefore able to feed their families and guarantee them food where drought, floods, conflicts and diseases are the norm. It also reduces malnutrition levels and enables them to have a balanced diet, which is especially essential for breastfeeding women and their children.
In addition, it has a positive impact on local markets, as it supports and strengthens local producers and suppliers, and also creates greater social cohesion.
For each receipt issued, PINKO will contribute to Oxfam’s work by providing nourishment for a family (up to 20,000 euros).
Become part of the movement, access the community and support Oxfam’s programmes together with PINKO.
We’ve been joining forces with Oxfam for several years now to bring support to the most vulnerable places and communities.
For the first campaign together, in Christmas 2021, PINKO decided to partner with Oxfam, the world leader in providing water in emergency situations, with the aim of guaranteeing safe water for as many people as possible. Thanks to the partnership, PINKO was able to donate a total of 6 million litres of safe water to 12,000 families in the month of December alone.

For Christmas 2022, the partnership with PINKO continued with #PINKOTakeCareOfChristmas to provide solar-powered light at night to areas affected by emergencies, guaranteeing safety and a bright future. For every receipt issued, PINKO contributed throughout the month of December to lighting up the night in rescue areas where there were catastrophic natural events in Malawi and Madagascar. Solar panels were installed to provide shelters with lighting, whilst personal solar lights were given out to help protect up to 1000 people.
To mark Mother’s Day in May 2023, PINKO contributed to helping 400 mothers displaced by the February ’23 earthquake in Turkey and Syria, who were able to receive a Dignity Kit including underwear, cleansers, nappies and sanitary products, items for the personal health and hygiene of themselves and their children.

In May 2022, again to mark Mother’s Day, PINKO helped 125 mothers in Malawi, who received essential goods and food to adequately care for their children.
