To contribute to economic growth and employment generation in Gorazde area through development of Business Improvement Zone (BIZ) for SMEs and entrepreneurship development.

- Establishing Business Service Centre with training facility
- Improving services and governmental programs aimed at SME development
- Establishing House of Crafts and tourism gravity spot in Gorazde
- Support tourism sector and regional integration of Gorazde through partnership initiative for valorization of Drina River potential
